No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and shipped. Please double-check your order details, including product selection, sizes, and shipping information, before completing your purchase.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at sneakersouffle@gmail.com. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
We will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.
Lost Packages Policy
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been successfully scanned and marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
However, if your package is lost before being scanned into the carrier’s tracking system (meaning there is no tracking history or movement), we will take full responsibility and offer a replacement or a full refund.
If you believe your package is lost and has not been scanned in, please contact us at sneakersouffle@gmail.com with your order details.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items, including but not limited to:

- Sale items
- Gift cards
All items sold are considered final sale.
